Refund Policy (per athlete)

Requests for refunds must be made to the Registrar in writing BEFORE the deadline.

BEFORE May 1:
100% refund. Full refund less admin fee during before season starts.

BEFORE May 14:
90% refund. Partial refund less admin fee during Trial Period.

​

BEFORE June 1:
75% refund. Partial refund before June. This refund will only be issued for medical reasons or other extenuating circumstances as approved by the Executive.

BEFORE June 15:
50% refund. Partial refund before mid-June. This refund will only be issued for medical reasons or other extenuating circumstances as approved by the Executive.

​

All refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee.
